Retained capacity so the work keeps moving after the project team leaves.
Choose your scope
Tick a service to include it, then set the quantity. Rates are per unit and exclude tax.
Commercial terms
Adjust these and every figure in the proposal recalculates.
Expedited delivery
Project work starts within ten working days and runs with a doubled delivery team. Adds 12% to project fees.
On-site delivery
Consultants work from your offices for the workshop-heavy phases. Adds a fixed 850 per week of project work for travel and accommodation.

Terms
Validity
Pricing holds for 30 days from the issue date shown at the top of this document.
Rates and effort
Day rates assume an eight-hour day. Quantities set here are estimates; we bill actual effort against them and flag any variance above 10% before it happens.
Tax
All figures exclude tax unless labelled otherwise. The rate applied is the one selected in commercial terms and is confirmed at contracting.
Retainers
Retained services run for the selected term with 60 days' notice to cancel after month three. Unused retainer days roll forward one month.
Expenses
Remote delivery carries no expenses. On-site delivery is charged as shown rather than as pass-through receipts.
Your people
We need a named sponsor and roughly four hours a week of their time. That is the single biggest predictor of whether this lands.
Confidentiality
Everything we see stays under mutual NDA. Findings and deliverables are yours; anonymised patterns may inform our practice.
Who does the work
Every consultant on this engagement is our own. No part of it is subcontracted without your written consent, and we name the team before you sign.
